The Sycamore church of Christ holds a special tie with Northern Illinois University as many of our members are employees, retirees, alumni, or current students. Others live within walking distance to the campus. Furthermore, to the best of our knowledge, our congregation is the only mainstream church of Christ in all of DeKalb County. We are located only a few short miles from DeKalb and the Northern Illinois University campus.

Our loving congregation enjoys “spoiling” our college students. If the church of Christ in Sycamore can provide assistance including rides to and from services, home-cooked meals, a place to escape campus, Bible studies, or anything else to help college students further develop their spiritual well-being, we would love to hear from you.
